By placing an order you are agreeing to my terms and conditions, please read them before ordering, thankyou. It is also advisable to refer to the product information which details metals and components used and other helpful information for the item you are interested in.
How to place an order - Shopping Cart or Post
Ordering is easy, select your chosen items, making sure to check details of the design codes, quantity, colours, sizes, descriptions, crystals, "pearls" etc. as I do not offer refunds or replacements if you have ordered items incorrectly. If you realise that you may have made a mistake when ordering please contact me as soon as possible by email to confirm the correct details, because it may be too late once I have started work on your order.
Please check that the colours you require are available in your chosen designs. If they aren't the colour may be available in a different type of component, please contact me if this is the case.
You can order through the shopping cart using your credit/debit card via Pay Pal. The safer, easier way to pay. This enables you to use your debit or credit card without revealing your number to us.
Alternatively order by post with a cheque made payable to: Marie New.

Delivery times: please allow approximately 4-6 weeks, possibly longer in the busy wedding season (May - October). When ordering please allow plenty of time for delivery, plus extra time for those all important hair trials and dress fittings. If you need something in a hurry please contact me on availability.
